On March 7, 2021, my granddaughter-in-law, Erin Pinkston, turned 24 years of age. She and my grandson Thatcher Pinkston were married in the Salt Lake Temple on November 17, 2018.
Angel Erin
Erin was born in ‘97,
A daughter of God sent straight from Heaven.
Ballerina built and petite of stature,
Uniquely sweet, impossible to match her.
.
Born and raised a Utah girl,
Kept herself a priceless pearl.
The perfect fit for Thatcher boy,
In Alabama found employ.
Child-care center she has manned,
While family photos for me has scanned.
And now she’s off to PA school,
Has bought new house, now ain’t that cool?
I do declare this girl is tops.
This birthday rhyme I now must stop.
