On July 4, 2019, I wrote the following 50th birthday poem for my sweet daughter, Georgia Brown Enslen Pinkston:
Georgia’s 50
Georgia’s 50.
Ain’t that nifty!
Attractive and smart,
A work of art.
Loved by all,
Be they old or small.
Love my firstborn,
My life adorn.
Firecracker girl
A priceless pearl,
Thinking of you
All the day through.
There’s more in store,
Probably 50 more.
Ever true,
I love YOU!
